Complete tune ups and the setting of the truss rod properly with the Intonation to the action of your strings, of course setting up the pick-ups properly. all these things matter for proper performance so you can enjoy playing your string instrument that has been professionally set-up by a musician.

About Our Shop and history.

I have been building custom guitars for over forty years and started off doing rewire jobs for friends in the 1990s. and being an electronics engineer for 35 years designing high-rise fire alarm systems, I have since I retired from that field, Due to an accident that I was in on Rt. 270 because of a person that was using a cell phone doing 80 mph in 2008 after having the two previous hip surgeries replaced and four spine surgeries that followed I now do this to occupy my time when I can and I thought I would do some good by helping the Alzheimer's foundation in their research. I thought it was time to start up CCC's as A non-profit organization that I donates 100% of what is made from donations at the end of the year and I match the founds 100%, and it gets donated to the Alzheimer's Foundation for research because there is no cure. due to me personally dealing with this with three family members in the past years that hit home. So, a lot of thought has been put into starting this Organization up because of a lot of support from three very good friends and their wives, who also have very successful businesses as well. so, I have a 100% Guarantee for life on all work and materials done here at CCC's no questions asked even if the 90-day manufacturer warranty runs out on the materials that are used by us.

The Organization Policy For All Customers.

All work is 100% Guaranteed with no questions asked. Just call, and we will take care of you. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with all the work that's done. Just present the original invoice, at the time of request.
Also repeat Customers, for the first three hours of work to be done on Cripple Creeks previous work, there will be no charge for labor, only materials if the order is through us here at CCC’s, with no markup on the material except if shipping is not free. Then the shipping is added to the cost of all materials.
For All the materials used, you will receive copies of the original invoices from our supplier with no markup as stated above.
Per organization policy as stated. All work is guaranteed 100% for life with materials. even if the Factory Warranty on the material runs out. We must do an Inspection first.to check the materials that failed.
Please note that on return jobs whether it’s something to be added or a request for any warranty work, new customer jobs will come before your request.
Also allow 14 business days for all the work to be done, to your instrument as we might have other clients ahead of you.

It was brought to my attention that we should be adding a few more comments. Such as we service all tube amplifiers from 1957 to present Day. such as repair any volume and tone pots that are not working properly, we test your tubes if you feel they are getting worn please contact us if you're having any problems with any of your volume or tone controls, they can be replaced or repaired depending on the issue you might be having.

We also specialize in setting up Floyd Rose Bridges, if you are getting tired of your instrument going out of tune or you feel that the intonation is not set properly please contact us we can surely take care of you because when you buy guitar off the rack they do not set up the instrument at the factory properly if it's a cookie cutter that mass produced. that's the difference between an $800 guitar and a $2200 guitar so we can set it up professionally for you feel free to contact us with any questions.
